In the app
- Open MANN: Mind, Body & Beyond and sign in.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out. That account cannot be used again.
This usually finishes within seconds on a normal connection. You do not need to email us first.
What we delete
- Account name, email, phone, profile, and password
- Avatar
- Appointments linked to the account
- Screening and assessment results
- Sign-in verification records for that email
What we may keep
Payment or transaction records (for example Razorpay order IDs) where tax or fraud rules require it, typically up to 7 years in India. Security logs not tied to an active profile, generally up to 90 days. We do not use those leftovers for marketing.
Cannot open the app?
Email mannmind.body.beyond@gmail.com from the address on the account. Subject: Delete my MANN account. Include the registered email or phone. We verify ownership, delete within 30 days, and confirm by email.
