3. Information we collect
- Website visit requests: name, phone, email, chosen care, and the note you type. Your email app sends this. We do not run a hidden form database on this page.
- App profile: name, age range, contact details you provide.
- Questionnaire and screening responses.
- Appointment details.
- Basic usage needed to run and protect the service.
4. How we use it
To reply to visit requests, provide screening and education, book consultations, keep the service safe, and meet law. We do not sell personal data.
5. Sharing
Sensitive health information is not shared for marketing. We may share it if you consent, if the law requires it, or to protect life in an emergency. Hosts and payment partners may process data only for the job we give them.
6. Storage
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No digital system is perfectly secure.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for care, law, disputes, and agreements, then delete or anonymise it. Payment records may be kept as required by Indian financial law, often up to 7 years. Security logs are generally kept up to 90 days.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data, or withdraw consent for future processing. Email mannmind.body.beyond@gmail.com. App users can also delete an account in the app. See the delete-account page.
9. Children
If a minor uses the app, a parent or lawful guardian may need to consent.
